When you use the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, business name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if you share it), your current website (if any), your project description and your budget range. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we naturally receive what you send.
Form submissions are processed by our website host (Cloudflare) and sent through our email delivery provider (Resend) to our business inbox at cs-support@webalchemist.in. Our mailboxes are hosted by Titan. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the conversation and any resulting work.
Write to cs-support@webalchemist.in any time to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act promptly.
This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Standard, anonymous technical logs from our hosting provider may record visits for security and reliability.
